Your message and your address sit in our mailbox and are used to answer you. We do not add you to a list and we do not pass your details to anybody. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.
The automations we build run inside your environment, against your systems. Your documents and records are not copied to us, are not used to train any model, and are not sent to a third party for processing. Every decision an automation makes is written down so you can see what it did and why.
The contracting entity, the data processing agreement and the specific sub-processors for your setup, if any, are part of the proposal, before any system is connected.
